a. I have the unique quality of human capital by being creative. Thinking outside of the box and coming up with creative ideas for projects and more.
b. I have the unique quality of human capital by being a critical thinker. I am able to think critically about situations, coming up with the best outcomes.
c. I have the unique quality of human capital by having a great education. With the well-round education, I currently have and will receive by the time I graduate will give me the upper hand in business.
d. I have the unique quality of human capital by leadership. I am a leader in many ways; in my school, home, and job life.
e. I have the unique quality of human capital by experience. I have gained much experience in the career path I want to take and intend to expand it.

3.  Reflection: I always knew I was good with time management, but hearing people mainly talk about that as my main trait has confirmed it. Sometimes I think this could be my worst quality. It is really nice to listen to people talk so nicely about you because I feel like nowadays it is weird to compliment as such. I do think these interviews correctly define me as a person. I do not think I would change anything from my list.

    Savannah,
    Time management is one of the biggest challenges that we are all presented with. I believe time management gets more difficult when one is trying to squeeze in time for enjoyment or relaxation. Personally, my time management is always finding ways to complete all my responsibilities while still sparing time to have fun, thus, I believe time management to be a great quality you have.

    The part you said about job experience is something I agree with in that it is very important. Getting early experience can be super useful in determining what exactly you want to do in life. I know I have worked in several different industries and found some of them were not for me. I also think listening is very important. I have seen a lot of successful people be held back in some regard because they lack this crucial skill. I found your post to be very informative, and I thank you for sharing.

    Hello, excellent post! I believe you listed some great qualities. Being able to list your qualities and reflect on them gives a great sense of self. More so, when I was doing my interviews, I also found it very weird to hear people talk about me. Also, I found it interesting as to how you stated that people say you have exceptional time management skills, but you believed that sometimes it could be your worst quality. I have experienced something like this, but you just have to take a moment to reflect on how individuals see you. Overall, great post!

1. From the first assignment, the bu lists, we have learned so much. The bug list was an excellent assignment to start the course. I allowed me to get into the headspace as a business person. To recognize the flaws or ‘bugs’ faulty in the world and look to create something that could affect it positively. And that’s what we learned throughout this course. 26A – Celebrating Failure

A time this past semester that I failed was when I was doing laundry. And I know what your thinking, but your wrong, I know how to do my own laundry. Unfortunately, I just made the wrong decision on my part. I had a shirt that was relatively old and pink. I was doing a whitewash, and I thought, 'ya know I don't think it will run; its been in the wash too many times to do that.' But thirty minutes later I found out I was wrong and it bled all my other clothes in the wash with it. From this experience, I learned from it, and what I learned was to don't take a chance just to do another load. And from this story, I hope you all learn from my mistake. Failure is critical in life. From failure, you learn; you learn from your mistakes and more about yourself. I handle failure pretty well. 28A – Your Exit Strategy

1. I intend to grow my business to all that it is worth, and if an opportunity comes for me to sell, then, of course, I will take that opportunity, but my main goal would be to run this business to the end. My existing strategy will be when I retire and hopefully pass on the business through my family. 2. I choose this to be my exit strategy because I want to grow and run the business to my full potential and then pass it on through my family to keep it in the family name. 3. I think this decision relates to my human capital and personal goals. I personally would like to take the business that I grew from the ground up as far as I could and, in the end, look at my progress. From there, my family can do what they think there’s exit strategy is best for this. What I mean by this is if they decide to sell it or grow it till they retire also. It has influenced my growth intentions and how I plan to use my resources.
